By accessing or using Ultra Pulse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Ultra Pulse provides AI-powered automation solutions including but not limited to: AI Chat Assistants, Voice Agents, Email Automation, Content Generation, News Monitoring, and Financial Analysis tools. Our services are designed to help businesses automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Section 3User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Section 4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit malware or viruses, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Section 5Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ultra Pulse services are owned by Ultra Pulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Section 6Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Section 7Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Section 8Limitation of Liability

Ultra Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Section 9Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Section 10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
